Our team is working to fix the issue with Trimble Connect for Browser with the opening of 3D files and views (Invalid Query Param issue). We have customers trying to view these models and collaborate with us on existing projects and we have pushed Trimble Connect but if this isn't fixed soon we'll have to start using other programs to collaborate. firefox with Ublock Origin, however I cannot. A few in our office can get models to load with various browsers, i.e. It seems we have everything up to date, software wise, and still does not work consistently. Seems to have stopped working a few days ago after the large AWS outage that affected Trimble as well as many other companies across the web. If I use Chrome it won't load.Ĭonnect in the browser will not load for us either. Update* It loads fine when using Edge Browser. Trimble Connect for browser won't load for me. I cleared the cookies, but when I run the 3D model, it is displayed like the imageĬleared my browser history. Something's wrong here, and we use Trimble Connect on a daily basis.
